A new wave band that coming from obscurity, that fronted by cross dresser vocalist that sung some tune with absurd lyrics, then later the frontman replaced by a working class guy and changed their path, from a band with their own songs into a new wave cover band.
And i think this video was coming from their earlier era with the cross dresser vocalist.
